Arbez and arbez.org are operated by Arithmetic Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202023384D), Singapore. The Site is currently a pre-launch information page; broader Service terms will be published before any paid Service is offered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Site content is © 2026 Arithmetic Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise noted. "Arbez" is a trademark of Arithmetic Pte. Ltd. (registration in progress). Open-source software and weights, when published, will be licensed under Apache 2.0 (code), OpenRAIL-M (model weights), and CDLA-Permissive 2.0 (datasets) respectively.

No warranty · governing law

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, save where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

Updates

Material changes will be flagged on the Site at least 14 days before taking effect. A lawyer-reviewed v1.0 will supersede this notice before any commercial Service launches.
